CM Punk retains at AEW All In.
AEW’s biggest event in history kicked off with CM Punk defending his “Real” World Championship against ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe.
They took the action outside of the ring early on. Punk was sent through part of the announcer’s desk and busted his forehead open in the process.
In the end, Punk managed to hit Joe with the Pepsi Plunge from the tope rope and pinned Joe for the three-count. As a result, Punk has retained” his “Real” title after a near 14-minute contest.
