Major League Wrestling has announced a new partnership with New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
As announced tonight on MLW Fusion, Major League Wrestling and New Japan will begin a partnership on September 3 at MLW Fury Road.
MLW Fury Road will take place at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. You can watch this premium live event with a FITE+ subscription.
The first inter-promotional match has been announced featuring Tony Deppen taking on KUSHIDA of New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
The currently announced card for MLW Fury Road is as follows:
- MLW World Heavyweight Championship: Alex Kane (c) vs. Willie Mack
- Weapons of Mass Destruction match for MLW National Openweight Championship: Jacob Fatu (c) vs. Rickey Shane Page
- Kiss My Foot match: Matt Cardona vs. Mance Warner
- KUSHIDA vs. Tony Deppen
- B3CCA vs. Maki Itoh
- Tracy Williams vs. Ichiban
