The Creed Brothers are back.
On the August 22 episode of WWE NXT, Ivy Nile defeated Ava in a singles match. Two masked members of Schism carried Ava away after the bell. They were seemingly helping her escape, but the duo’s true intentions were later revealed.
In a taped message, Ava called Nile out and challenged her to come face her. Nile showed up, and Ava told the masked men to get her. The duo hesitated and proceeded to reveal themselves to be the Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed). They then challenged The Dyad to face them in a Steel Cage Match on the August 29 episode. The Creed Brothers stated that, if they won, they would be reinstated to NXT.
The Creed Brothers, former NXT Tag Team Champions, lost a Loser Leaves NXT Match to The Dyad on June 27. They later appeared in a taped message and denied the notion that they were still in NXT. However, the two masked members of Schism had been acting suspicious in recent weeks, and they turned out to be the Creeds after all.
