Seth Rollins opened up about his health issues.
On the August 21 episode of WWE RAW, Rollins responded to Shinsuke Nakamura, who revealed that he had whispered, “I know about your back” to the champion the previous week. Rollins noted that he didn’t like to openly talk about it, but he indeed was dealing with a back injury. Specifically, he stated that he has two fractures in his lumbar spine.
Rollins emotionally stated that he has been dealing with the injury for over four years, and he’s uncertain as to how much time left he has with his ability to compete at his level. However, the champion brushed it off by stating that it was part of the “gig.”
Rollins then addressed Nakamura ahead of their title match at WWE Payback and hyped up the bout.

Seth Rollins’ Previous Comments About His Back
Seth Rollins previously discussed his heath issues in July. Speaking with Logan Paul on IMPAULSIVE, Rollins stated that he is trying to avoid getting surgery on his back.
“My knee’s been bugging me since before WrestleMania,” Rollins said. “I was having issues with that. My neck acting up, my low back has been at me since 2019. Probably should get some surgery on that but trying to just do whatever I can to make sure I don’t need it because I have a couple of stress fractures back there.”
WrestleZone will have coverage of WWE Payback as it airs on September 2.
