Rhea Ripley and Buddy Matthews announced their engagement.
Ripley, the reigning WWE Women’s World Champion, announced the news in a post on Instagram. The post included a picture in which Ripley can be seen wearing her ring. She made it clear that she couldn’t be happier.
“1000% YES,” Ripley wrote. “Pure f**king happiness!”
The relationship between Ripley and Matthews became public in 2022.
While Ripley is one of WWE’s top stars as a member of the Judgment Day, Matthews is featured in AEW. He is one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions alongside Malakai Black and Brody King.

Shawn Michaels On Rhea Ripley’s Growth
During an interview with Riju Dasgupta for Sportskeeda, Shawn Michaels discussed Rhea Ripley’s growth.
“When she started out with us in NXT, man, I’m just telling you, you could see her grow. You could see her confidence grow, watch her evolve and just turn into a fantastic performer. Then she came over here to NXT and continued that ascension,” Michaels said. “I’m not surprised one bit at her success on the main roster, and she’s still so very young.”
