Shotzi is back with a vengeance.
“The Ballsy Badass” had been absent since the July 14 episode of WWE SmackDown, where she shaved her own head in a taped video. She hadn’t appeared in person on the show since the June 30 episode, where Bayley cut her hair. In recent weeks, she has teased that she intends to get revenge.
On the August 4 episode of WWE SmackDown, Bayley and IYO SKY were the guests on the Grayson Waller Effect. Waller played audio of Shotzi laughing to mess with Bayley. Shotzi’s music played, and it seemed like she was coming to the ring. Instead, she snuck up behind Bayley. “The Role Model” swung first, but Shotzi gained the upper hand. She pulled out an electric razor and sent Bayley running.
Zelina Vega then faced SKY in a singles match. During the bout, Shotzi attacked Bayley again. She tried to shave Bayley’s head, but the former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion escaped. Vega took advantage of the distraction and pinned SKY.
Shotzi has competed at live events in recent weeks, but Friday night marked her return to WWE TV.
