The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) will speak on the August 5 episode of AEW Collision.
As announced during the August 2 episode of AEW Dynamite, The Acclaimed will speak on Saturday night. The former AEW World Tag Team Champions have been absent since the July 22 episode of Collision. There, they unsuccessfully teamed up with Billy Gunn to challenge House of Black for the AEW World Trios Championship. After the bell, Gunn left his boots in the ring, and he walked away.
The updated card is as follows:

- “Real” AEW World Championship: CM Punk (c) vs. Ricky Starks (Ricky Steamboat to be Special Outside Official)
- AEW World Tag Team Championship: FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) vs. Big Bill & Brian Cage
- AEW TBS Championship: Kris Statlander (c) vs. Mercedes Martinez
