AEW Dynamite Viewership Decreases On 7/26, Demo Also Drops

AEW Dynamite viewership saw a decrease on July 26.

According to Wrestlenomics, 898,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.29 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership was down from last week’s episode when 953,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which also drew a 0.34 rating in the same demographic.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with Orange Cassidy defeating AR Fox to retain the AEW International Championship. This loss triggered a chain reaction throughout the show and resulted in AR Fox turning heel on Darby Allin and joining Swerve Strickland and the Mogul Affiliates.

Following their loss last week in Blood & Guts, Blackpool Combat Club was also featured heavily throughout the show.

In the main event, The Lucha Bros defeated Best Friends and Blackpool Combat Club in a three-way tag team match.
