On July 25, New Japan Pro-Wrestling continued its NJPW G1 Climax 33 tournament with the seventh night of action from Korakuen Hall. Kazuchika Okada, SANADA, and other stars competed at the show.

NJPW Announces Wrestle Kingdom 18
The winner of the G1 Climax typically challenges for the world title at Wrestle Kingdom. NJPW recently confirmed that Wrestle Kingdom 18 will be held on January 4, 2024. The buzzworthy event will emanate from the Tokyo Dome.
Wrestle Kingdom is still several months away, so no matches have been announced yet. It’s fair to assume the G1 Climax could heavily impact the road to the show. G1 Climax 32 winner Kazuchika Okada headlined Wrestle Kingdom 17. There, he beat Jay White to win the world title.
