Eric Young is taking independent bookings.
In a tweet, Young announced that he is taking independent bookings. He stated that the “World Class Maniac World Tour” starts now. Young requested his WWE release in April and returned to IMPACT Wrestling at IMPACT Slammiversary. There, he teamed up with Scott D’Amore to defeat Bully Ray and Deaner.
Fans didn’t have to wait long to see where Young will wrestle on the independent scene. Wrestling REVOLVER announced that Young will compete at the “Redacted 4Ever” event in Clive, Iowa, on September 2. The match will mark Young’s debut for the promotion.
Eric Young Comments On His Return To IMPACT Wrestling
Following IMPACT Slammiversary, Eric Young took to Twitter to reflect on his return. He stated that he made a difficult decision, but he had no doubt it was the right one.
