WWE SmackDown Viewership Increases On 7/7, Show Scores Biggest Demo Since 2020

WWE SmackDown viewership increased on July 7.

Wrestlenomics reports that 2.561 million viewers watched the show on Friday. This number is up from last week, when 2.510 million viewers tuned in.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.76 rating, which also marks an increase from last week (0.69 rating in the same demographic). The demographic rating marked SmackDown’s highest since December 25, 2020, when the show had an NFL lead-in. Otherwise, the 0.76 rating is SmackDown’s highest since March 20, 2020.

Per Wrestlenomics, Friday’s viewership marked SmackDown’s highest number since the June 2 episode.

This week’s episode featured The Trial of Roman Reigns. Plus, Grayson Waller hosted The Grayson Waller Effect with Edge, and he later faced the WWE Hall of Famer in a singles match.
