The Creed Brothers are leaving WWE NXT.
The July 4 episode of NXT was headlined by a “Loser Leaves NXT” match pitting Brutus and Julius Creed against Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler of The Dyad.
Before the bell rang, The Dyad ambushed The Creeds in an attempt to score the upper hand. While it didn’t initially work, they did take control by targeting Julius’ left knee. In the end, a masked Schism follower snuck in an attack against Julius, which allowed The Dyad to pin him to keep their careers intact.
Following this loss, the Creed Brothers will have to leave NXT. However, there’s no official word yet on what the future holds for them.
The Creed Brothers made their NXT debut in August 2021. They took their careers to new heights in 2022 by winning the annual Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic before capturing the NXT Tag Team Championship four months later. After losing the gold to Pretty Deadly at NXT Worlds Collide, Brutus and Julius had feuds with the likes of Damon Kemp, Indus Sher, Gallus, and Schism.
