Brock Lesnar returned on the July 3 episode of WWE RAW.
On Monday night, Cody Rhodes came out to the ring to interrupt Seth Rollins. As Rhodes came down to the ring, he was promptly interrupted by Lesnar. “Lesnar “The Beast Incarnate” came out wearing his iconic cowboy hat, but before either could say anything, Rhodes left the ring and ran up the ramp to meet Lesnar.
The two started brawling, with Lesnar ramming Rhodes into the steel barricades around the ring. After battling it out for a few minutes, Rhodes and Lesnar got into the ring, where Rhodes escaped an F5 before he dropped the former world champion with the Cody Cutter.
Lesnar left the ring, but it was clear that the bad blood is still quite bitter between the two foes.
Rhodes previously called Lesnar out after “The Beast Incarnate” beat him at WWE Night of Champions. Lesnar didn’t answer the challenge, but now that he’s back, fans will have to wait and see whether he will face Rhodes again.
