Jade Cargill teases that her absence from the ring won’t end anytime soon.
Cargill last wrestled at AEW Double or Nothing on May 28, where she defended the TBS Championship against Taya Valkyrie. She then lost the title in an impromptu match against Kris Statlander. The defeat marked the end of Cargill’s dominant undefeated streak in singles action.
In a tweet, Cargill wrote that it was nice outside of the wrestling bubble, and she might stay.
In another tweet, Cargill responded to a fan who asked the former champion if she was coming back to wrestling soon. Cargill simply wrote, “No.”
Fightful Select previously reported that Cargill was set to take some time off and eventually return to the ring.
