School is back in session, as Andre Chase has returned to WWE NXT.
On the June 27 episode of WWE NXT, which marked the second week of the NXT Gold Rush special, Chase U’s Thea Hail challenged Tiffany Stratton for the NXT Women’s Championship. Duke Hudson, Drew Gulak, and Charlie Dempsey were at ringside, and the challenger was distracted by their clashing advice throughout the bout. At one point, Hail made Stratton tap out, but Dempsey was inadvertently distracting the referee. Stratton then rolled Hail up for the win.
Gulak and Dempsey argued with Hudson after the bout, and the duo attacked him. Hail confronted the duo, and Andre Chase charged to the ring to make the save. The Chase U trio then stood tall as they joyfully reunited.
Chase had been absent for roughly two months, as he had been absent since NXT Spring Breakin’, where he lost to Bron Breakker. After the show, he teased a new beginning.
