Kenny Omega comments on his loss at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
At the pay-per-view on June 25 pay-per-view, Omega put the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Will Ospreay in a heated rematch of their clash at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17. The two foes battled it out, and thanks to some interference from Don Callis, Ospreay emerged victorious. As a result, he regained the title.
In a tweet after the show, Omega briefly shared his thoughts after his defeat. He stated that he lost, and Ospreay was the better man on Sunday. He also wrote that the championship is in good hands, though he warned Ospreay to keep Callis away from it.
