WWE NXT Viewership Increases On 6/20, Demo Also Rises

WWE NXT viewership increased on June 20.

According to Wrestlenomics, 773,000 viewers tuned in on Tuesday; this number is up from last week when 581,000 viewers watched the show. The demo rating in the 18-to-49 demographic also rose as this week’s show scored a 0.23 rating. NXT drew a 0.16 rating in the same demographic last week.

NXT ranked #2 in the demographic among cable originals, only behind ESPN’s coverage of the College Baseball World Series.

This week’s show kicked off with Wes Lee defeating Tyler Bate to retain the NXT North American Championship. In the main event of the show, Seth “Freakin” Rollins defeated Bron Breakker to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Finn Balor attacked Rollins from behind following the match before he was saved by Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams.
