Nevaeh is back.
IMPACT Wrestling announced KiLynn King vs. Nevaeh will take place on the Countdown To Against All Odds preshow on Friday night. The Shenomenal One will make her first appearance in IMPACT Wrestling since she left the company in April 2021.
Nevaeh has confirmed her return for the Countdown match, sharing the following on Twitter:
The match graphic that was initially released featured an error as it is not for the Digital Media Championship, which is currently held by Joe Hendry. Nevaeh will face off in singles competition against King, one-half of the current Knockouts Tag Team Champions with Taylor Wilde. (The original graphic has since been corrected.)
Nevaeh’s last match for IMPACT Wrestling was a loss to former tag team partner Havok on the April 15, 2021. At the time, PWInsider.com reported Nevaeh and IMPACT Wrestling went their separate ways in a “natural” manner. It was noted that IMPACT sources noted the door would be “wide open” for Nevaeh if she opted to return in the future.
It is unknown if she will be back for an extended run with the company or if the match with King is a one-off. Her husband, Jake Crist, also recently returned to the company as one of Sami Callihan’s partners in a six-man tag team match at Under Siege.
