The Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing sparked plenty of interest, and it featured an explosive spot that required Matt Jackson to get a special license.
At AEW Double or Nothing, The Elite (Kenny Omega, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks) faced Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) in an Anarchy in the Arena match. One highlight of the brutal brawl came when Matt Jackson superkicked Moxley, and his shoe exploded upon impact.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Jackson was required to get a Nevada State Fire Performance license from the state of Nevada for the spot, which he came up with about a month ago. Meltzer noted that other Las Vegas performers also have the license for using fire and similar things in their acts.
