Eric Young Teases A Big Change Coming

Change is in the air, according to a recent tweet by Eric Young.

Young left IMPACT Wrestling and reportedly signed with WWE in November 2022, but he has yet to appear on WWE TV, and further details have been unclear. In April, Fightful Select reported that Young was under contract, but there was no word on whether he had been backstage at WWE shows.

In a tweet, Young wrote that it was time to work. He stated that, “When the world hands you lemons… well, you know the rest. See you all again real soon. Big change coming.”

For now, fans will have to wait and see what Young’s future holds.

Young previously left TNA/IMPACT in 2016 and moved to WWE. He had a prominent run in NXT with SAnitY, but the group didn’t have as much success on the main roster. Young was then released in a wave of cuts in April 2020. He returned to IMPACT at Slammiversary 2020 and subsequently won the IMPACT World Championship. Young led the Violent By Design stable until he was “killed off” by Deaner on the December 1, 2022, episode of IMPACT Wrestling.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
