WWE RAW viewership decreased on May 22.
Per Wrestlenomics, 1.638 million viewers tuned in on Monday, which is down from last week, when 1.716 million viewers watched the show. In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW scored a 0.54 rating, which is also down from last week (0.58 rating in the same demographic).
WWE RAW ranked #5 in the demographic on Monday. RAW faced stiff competition from both the NBA and NHL playoffs.
The hourly breakdown, courtesy of Showbuzz Daily, is as follows:
- Hour One: 1.720 million viewers, 0.54 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic
- Hour Two: 1.692 million viewers, 0.58 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic
- Hour Three: 1.501 million viewers, 0.50 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic
This week’s episode opened with Brock Lesnar brutally attacking Cody Rhodes backstage and seemingly breaking his arm. The close of the show saw Triple H try to talk Cody Rhodes out of competing against Brock Lesnar at Night of Champions, but “The American Nightmare” insisted that he will fight Lesnar at the premium live event on May 27.
