On May 21, Game Changer Wrestling held GCW I Can’t Save You from Valley Dale Ballroom in Colombus, Ohio. Trey Miguel, Joey Janela, Matt Cardona, and Masha Slamovich competed at the show, which aired on FITE TV.

- Matt Cardona announces that he won’t be wrestling as advertised, as his back is broken from carrying the company. Nick Gage interrupts and challenges Cardona to fight him, but Cardona leaves.
- Steph De Lander defeated Maki Itoh
- GCW Tag Team Championships: East West Express (Jordan Oliver & Nick Wayne) (c) defeated Joey Janela & Sawyer Wreck
- Los Macizos (Ciclope & Miedo Extemo) & Crazy King defeated Jimmy Lloyd, Caleb Konley & Chico Sauve
- Blake Christian defeated Trey Miguel
- Gringo Loco defeated Ninja Mack
- Cole Radrick defeated Matt Cardona; Steph De Lander, Nick Gage, and Maki Itoh all got involved in the match.
- Alex Shelley defeated Alec Price
- Team GCW (EFFY, Rina Yamashita & 1 Called Manders) defeated Team UP (August Matthews, Davey Bang & The Swinger). Jeffy and Matthew Justice got involved in the match.
- GCW World Championship: Masha Slamovich (c) defeated Mance Warner to retain.
- Blake Christian confronted Slamovich after the match.
