Matt Cardona and Steph De Lander are coming to DDT Pro-Wrestling.
DDT Pro-Wrestling announced that Cardona will challenge Tetsuya Endo for the DDT Universal Championship at their Wrestle Peter Pan event on July 23. De Lander will accompany Cardona to the ring. The match will mark the DDT debuts of both Cardona and De Lander.
Cardona commented on the news in a tweet:
Cardona, formerly known as Zack Ryder in WWE, has competed all over the wrestling world. He is a former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion and GCW World Champion, and he has held the IMPACT Digital Media Championship. During his WWE run, Cardona held the United States Championship, the Intercontinental Championship, and the Tag Team Championship.
