Hangman Page is seemingly set to return to the ring.
On May 12, All Elite Wrestling tweeted that, before Page was injured by the Blackpool Combat Club, he had been scheduled to face Big Bill at the AEW House Rules event in Salem, Virginia, on May 12. In the tweet, AEW noted that Big Bill refused to postpone the match, so fans will have to wait and see whether Page will compete.
Page has been sidelined since the BCC took him out on the April 5 episode of AEW Dynamite. He hasn’t wrestled since the March 15 episode of AEW Dynamite, where he teamed up with Evil Uno and Stu Grayson to face Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli.
On his Instagram Stories, Page posted a picture of his eyepatch and his wrestling boots; in doing so, he teased his return to the ring.
