Miro And Thunder Rosa Return To AEW On 5/10 AEW Dynamite

Miro and Thunder Rosa are back in AEW.

During the May 10 episode of AEW Dynamite in Detroit, Miro made a surprise appearance backstage as he marched into Tony Khan’s office while Renee Paquette tried to get a word.

Later on, Paquette was waiting outside of Khan’s office for an update when Thunder Rosa walked up and stated that it’s a good night to speak to the boss.

After a few segments, Tony Khan appeared backstage and said that it’s clear AEW can produce more content. He then told fans to tune into TNT next Wednesday, followed by AEW Dynamite on TBS for more details regarding a “huge announcement.” This appears to be a tease for the announcement of AEW Collision.

Regarding the returns, Miro has not competed since AEW All Out in September when he teamed with Darby Allin and Sting in victory against The House of Black. Before that, though, he only competed in three other matches in 2022. In December, it was reported that Miro was healthy and able to compete, however he was waiting for a creative direction that both sides could agree on.

As for Rosa, she has been out of action since August with a back injury. She had to vacate the AEW Women’s World Championship as a result. After some time off, Rosa returned to the road in February to work as a Spanish commentator.
