Pretty Deadly initially left NXT Spring Breakin’ in a trunk, and they wound up sleeping with the fishes.
On the “Spring Breakin'” edition of WWE NXT on April 25, Elton Prince and Kit Wilson faced Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo in the first-ever Trunk Match, where the only way to win was to stuff your opponents in the trunk of a car. The two teams waged war in a hard-fought match that included everything from chairs to spring break accessories, like a ball pit. In the end, D’Angelo and “Stacks” put Prince and Wilson in a trunk to clinch the win.
After the bell, D’Angelo and Lorenzo got in the car and drove away with the duo still in the trunk. A brief segment later in the night showed that they were still driving, but their destination was unclear.
At the end of the show, D’Angelo and Stacks” were shown by a body of water. The trunk of the car was empty, and the duo noted that they had taken care of business, as Prince and Wilson were “sleeping with the fishes.” The camera then panned to the water suggesting that D’Angelo and Lorenzo got rid of Pretty Deadly.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
