Shane McMahon Is Back In The Gym After Quad Surgery

Shane McMahon is making the most of his recovery.

This year’s WrestleMania not only delivered a bunch of in-ring action, but also unloaded a number of so surprises as well. Night one of WrestleMania 39 featured the return of Pat McAfee as he swiftly defeated The Miz, the event’s host, with the help of NFL tight end George Kittle. Earlier in the evening, YouTube and rapper KSI also made an appearance, dressed in a PRIME energy drink costume. Of course, KSI was later inadvertently sent through the commentary table by his friend, Logan Paul.

The following night, The Miz and his co-host, Snoop Dogg, revealed the WrestleMania attendance numbers. Snoop Dogg had another announcement up his sleeve though. As such, he introduced another opponent for The Miz to face — Shane McMahon. In light of The Miz’s objections, Snoop called for a referee to get the match started, and so, the bell was rung. Unfortunately, the fight didn’t last too long, as McMahon tore his quad upon landing down from a leapfrog. As a result, Snoop Dogg stepped in to take his place.

In a new update, McMahon shared a video showcasing his recovery. Three weeks after surgery, Shane McMahon is back in the gym working with a knee brace. In the reel posted to his Instagram, McMahon can be seen working out alongside physical therapist Luke Miller, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry, and personal trainer Melvin Sanders.
