Will Ospreay Says His War With Kenny Omega Isn’t Over, Don Callis Responds

Will Ospreay and Don Callis traded shots on Twitter, and the exchange has generated plenty of buzz.

Ospreay won the 1PW World Championship at 1PW All or Nothing on April 22. When Ospreay posted a picture of himself holding his newly-won title, Callis responded with a picture of Kenny Omega holding the IWGP United States Championship following his win over Ospreay at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17.

“The Commonwealth Kingpin” fired back by calling Callis a “dickhead” and stating that his war with Omega isn’t over yet.

Callis then responded to Ospreay by writing, “Really? You know we think you are amazing but we beat you clean and you got dominated physically by @KennyOmegamanX at the Dome. I am glad you are recovering from the injuries sustained there but from my perspective we are moving on to new challenges. Be well Bruv.”

Ospreay had been sidelined with a shoulder injury since March, but he returned to the ring at the 1PW event on April 22. The NJPW star will compete in a four-man tournament to crown a new contender for Omega’s IWGP United States Championship. More information is available here.

In a recent interview, Ospreay expressed his interest in competing at AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium. Check out his comments here.
