Dante Martin has been released from the hospital.
At ROH Supercard of Honor on March 31, Martin competed in the “Reach for the Sky” Ladder Match for the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Near the end of the bout, Penta El Zero Miedo sent Martin crashing through a table with a Destroyer at ringside. Martin landed badly on his foot, and he suffered an apparent injury. He was taken to the hospital, and additional details were unclear.
In a tweet on April 2, Martin stated that he was released from the hospital, and he thanked the AEW medical staff.
It’s still unclear what specific injury Martin suffered and how long he will be out of action.
During the ROH Supercard of Honor post-show media scrum, Tony Khan noted that Martin will likely be out of action for an extended period.
