AEW Dynamite Viewership Decreases On 3/29, Demo Also Drops

AEW Dynamite viewership saw a decrease on March 29, which featured the in-ring return of Adam Cole.

According to Showbuzz Daily, 833,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.28 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership was down from last week’s episode when 954,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.33 rating in the same demographic.

Even with the decrease in viewership, Dynamite remained in the fourth place spot in the demographic among cable originals overall Wednesday night. On cable, AEW Dynamite was only defeated by ESPN’s coverage of NBA basketball and Vanderpump Rules on Bravo, according to Showbuzz Daily.

This week’s show kicked off with Jungle Boy defeating Matt Hardy. The main event of the show saw the in-ring return of Adam Cole, who defeated Daniel Garcia. Afterward, Britt Baker celebrated with Cole as a future rivalry with Chris Jericho was teased.
