AEW Dynamite Viewership Increases On 3/22, Demo Also Rises

AEW Dynamite viewership saw an increase on March 22.

According to Showbuzz Daily, 954,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.33 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership was up from last week’s episode when 852,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also rose from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.27 rating in the same demographic.

With the increase in viewership, Dynamite took fourth place in the demographic among cable originals overall Wednesday night. On cable, AEW Dynamite was only defeated by ESPN’s coverage of NBA basketball and Vanderpump Rules on Bravo, according to Showbuzz Daily.

This week’s show kicked off with Sting, Darby Allin, and International Champion Orange Cassidy defeating Kip Sabian, The Butcher, and The Blade. The main event of the show saw Kenny Omega defeating El Hijo Del Vikingo. Afterward, Omega was jumped by the Blackpool Combat Club before being saved by Hangman Page.
