It seems many people still haven’t forgiven Ric Flair for his past transgressions in the world of professional wrestling.
The Nature Boy has done a variety of things over the years that haven’t exactly endeared himself to those within the world of professional wrestling. And some of those people still hold grudges over it to this day.
Former Ring of Honor owner Cary Silkin recently took to Twitter to take the side of Dutch Mantell in his ongoing war of words with Ric Flair on social media. In his tweet, Silkin revealed that Flair still owes him $41,000 for not fulfilling four appearances for Ring of Honor in 2009.
“Sorry folks every word @DirtyDMantell is saying about @RicFlairNatrBoy is true. Flair owes me 41k from not fulfilling 4 @ringofhonor appearances in 2009. Yes I was a moron to pay Ric up front. That’s my story and it’s sad but true. @MikePWInsider,” Cary Silkin said in a tweet.
As of this writing, Ric Flair hasn’t responded to Silkin’s comments.
