NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez has been discharged from the hospital, according to a new update.
Perez main-evented the “Roadblock” edition of WWE NXT on March 7; she successfully defended the NXT Women’s Championship against Meiko Satomura. After the bell, the champion collapsed, and she was taken out of the arena on a stretcher. WWE then announced that she would spend the night in the hospital for further testing.
On March 10, the NXT Twitter account announced that Perez had been discharged from the hospital, and she was home resting.
