Powerhouse Hobbs wasn’t trying to make any new friends in Sacramento following AEW Dynamite last night.
In the main event of AEW Dynamite this week, Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Wardlow in a pinfalls count anywhere match to win the AEW TNT Championship for the first time.
All Elite Wrestling released a video on its YouTube Channel after Dynamite went off the air. The footage saw Hobbs cutting a promo in front of the live crowd. The newly crowned TNT Champion didn’t endear himself to the live audience and told them he was heading back to Oakland and getting the hell out of Sacramento.
“Since we’re in California. I’m gonna get the hell out of this sh*t hole Sacramento and take my ass back to Oakland,” Hobbs said. “You suck; the Sacramento Queens suck. Like I said last week, there’s a new chapter in the Book of Hobbs, and it’s the TNT Championship. Now have a good night and kiss my Black ass.”
