Chelsea Green missed the February 20 episode of WWE RAW, and while an on-screen angle explained her absence, a new report offered more information about the situation.
Per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Green is currently unable to return to Canada because she is waiting for her green card. This has reportedly been the case since the summer of 2022. RAW was held in Ottawa, Canada, on February 20, so Green was unable to attend. WWE explained her absence through an angle in which she was mistakenly sent to Ottawa, Illinois.
Green attended a screening of The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Musical in New York City on Monday; her husband, Matt Cardona, stars in the show.

Green returned to WWE at the Royal Rumble premium live event on January 28, and she has regularly appeared on WWE RAW since then.
