A major change to WWE’s 30th Anniversary edition of WWE RAW is in the works, as PWInsider is reporting that instead of the Bloodline’s previously announced acknowledgment ceremony, Sami Zayn will instead be put on trial for his mistakes on Friday Night SmackDown.
The Bloodline Acknowledgment Ceremony, which was set to include members of that dynasty’s past generations, was initially announced a week ago, and was rumored to include various WWE Hall of Famers, including Afa, Sika, Rikishi, and Samu, among others. However, PWInsider’s report states that this plan has been scrapped, and a “trial” has been set up instead.
Update: WWE subsequently confirmed that a trial of Sami Zayn will be part of the lineup Monday’s episode of RAW. The announcement didn’t mention the Roman Reigns Acknowledgement Ceremony, but it did confirm that following this past episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Reigns has decided to hold a “Tribal Court” and put Sami Zayn on trial.
BREAKING: After the events of last night’s #SmackDown, The Bloodline will hold a Tribal Court for the Trial of Sami Zayn this Monday at 8/7c on #RAWisXXX on @USA_Network!
