Cody Rhodes will return at WWE Royal Rumble.
“The American Nightmare” has been sidelined with a torn pectoral tendon since June; he had surgery after he memorably defeated Seth Rollins in a Hell in a Cell Match.
On the January 16 episode of WWE RAW, in the latest installment in a series of videos that hyped up his comeback, Rhodes announced that he will be returning at the Royal Rumble event on January 28. He also stated that he will compete in the Royal Rumble Match.

The video package featured footage of Rhodes training at the Nightmare Factory. Cody’s wife, Brandi Rhodes, also appeared in the video.
