CM Punk Highlights His 2022 YouTube Views And Merchandise Sales

CM Punk points out that he had a remarkable 2022.

On January 3, the former AEW World Champion posted several Instagram stories that highlighted his success in AEW, such as the fact that he was featured in the two most-viewed videos on AEW’s YouTube channel. Another post showed his best-selling figures on Ringside Collectibles;  one of them was the store’s top seller of the year, while the other ranked sixth.

On a similar note, Pro Wrestling Tees recently announced that Punk was in second place on its list of best-selling wrestlers in 2022; Danhausen ranked first, and MJF placed third.

“The Second City Saint” has been absent from AEW since the aftermath of the All Out pay-per-view. At the show, he beat Jon Moxley to win the AEW World Championship, but he reportedly suffered a torn triceps during the match. Following the conclusion of the event, at the post-show press conference, Punk made heated comments about AEW EVPs Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, which reportedly led to a brawl between the two sides.

Everyone involved was subsequently suspended. While Omega and The Young Bucks returned at AEW Full Gear, Punk’s absence continues, and his future is unclear. A recent report indicated that he is still under contract but ready to move on to his next project.

Punk recently commented “Duh” on an post that highlighted Dax Harwood’s plea for the former champion and The Elite to make it work.
