CM Punk On Dax Harwood Saying He And The Elite Should Make It Work: ‘Duh’

Dax Harwood wants CM Punk and The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) to work it out, and the former world champion has responded.

Punk’s future with All Elite Wrestling has been unclear since the aftermath of AEW All Out; Punk suffered a torn triceps during his title match against Jon Moxley at the pay-per-view, and during the post-show press conference, he made heated remarks about AEW’s EVPs, Omega and The Young Bucks. His comments reportedly led to a physical altercation that has been described as a melee with Punk and Ace Steel on one side and The Elite Trio on the other. After the fight, everyone involved as suspended, and Steel was fired.

Omega and the Young Bucks returned to AEW programming at AEW Full Gear in November, where they faced Death riangle. Punk’s absence continues to stretch on, and it’s unknown what his future holds, specifically regarding AEW.

On the first episode of his podcast, FTR with Dax Harwood, Dax discussed the situation and issued a plea for Punk and The Elite to find a way to make it work.

The Pro Wrestling Podcast posted coverage of Harwood’s plea on Instagram; in the post, they encouraged both sides to shake hands and say sorry. Punk commented on the post and wrote, “Duh.”

A recent report stated that Punk is still under contract with AEW, but he is ready to move on to his next project. More information is available here.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
