AEW Rampage Viewership Rises On 12/9, Demo Rating Also Up

AEW Rampage viewership increased on December 9.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports that 457,000 viewers tuned in on Friday night, which is up from last week, when 361,000 viewers watched the show. Friday’s number was Rampage’s highest since October 21, per Thurston.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, Rampage scored a 0.11 rating, which is also up from last week’s all-time low rating of 0.08 in the same demographic.

This week’s episode featured am AEW All-Atlantic Championship, in which Orange Cassidy defended the title against a mystery opponent that turned out to be Trent Seven. In the show-opening match, former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley defeated Konosuke Takeshita. Plus, Hikaru Shida defeated The Bunny to retain the Regina Di Wave Championship.
