Saraya is set to return to the ring in January.
During the December 7 episode of AEW Dynamite, Tony Schiavone interviewed Saraya, and Britt Baker interrupted her. Baker congratulated Saraya on beating her at AEW Full Gear, but she made it wouldn’t happen again. She noted that Saraya had accused her of being handed everything, but the former Paige was handed a major match in AEW debut. With that in mind, Baker gave Saraya tickets to the January 11 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Saraya thought Baker was challenging her to a rematch, but the former AEW Women’s World Champion instead threw down the gauntlet for a tag team bout, where Baker and Jamie Hayter will face Saraya and a partner of her choosing. Saraya accepted the challenge and said she’ll find a partner.

Saraya returned to the ring at AEW Full Gear after she was previously forced to retire in 2018 due to a neck injury. A few weeks after she signed with AEW and debuted on AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, she announced that she had been medically cleared to compete again.
