The 2023 WWE Royal Rumble is right around the corner, and the lineup is slowly starting to take shape.
On the December 2 episode of WWE SmackDown, Kofi Kingston declared that he is entering himself in the battle royal, making him the first WWE star to do so. Kingston is often known for executing impressive spots during the Royal Rumble match, but he slipped up during his attempt in the contest last year.
WWE Royal Rumble 2023 will be held on January 28, 2023, in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

- Kofi Kingston (Declared on 12/2 WWE SmackDown)
- Santos Escobar (Declared On 1/6 WWE SmackDown)
- Ricochet (Defeated Top Dolla on 1/6 WWE SmackDown)
