It’s been a crazy few weeks for Kevin Owens physically, but all things considered, The Prize Fighter is doing okay right now.
Owens was the latest guest on WWE After The Bell with Corey Graves to discuss a wide variety of subjects. When asked how he is feeling physically after the last few weeks, KO said he’s feeling fine, but it’s been changing for him from day to day.
“I guess I’m fine…I think? It really changes by the day,” Owens said. “You could ask me that question tomorrow, and I’m feeling awful. But today, I think I’m okay. I don’t know, I’ll get out of my car, and my back could be shot, and I’m not aware until I start walking. The last few months have been interesting in that aspect. I wake up fine, but by two o’clock, my knees don’t work. I don’t know. But it really hasn’t started hitting me until recently. Honestly, just weird aches and pains will come and go but yeah, at this moment. Sitting in my truck. I feel great.”
When asked about his match with Jey Uso earlier this week on Monday Night RAW, Owens admitted that his back was really bothering him going into the match, but everything worked out in the end.
“Yeah, my back was really bothering me going into it already,” Owens said. “And then I’ve had the knee issues the last few weeks. So yeah, I went in feeling pretty beat up, but it just worked out really good. And I think everybody really enjoyed the match, and so did I. So, it’s just nice to walk away from it all with people enjoying what you do.”
