Shayna Baszler and SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey have apparently put Raquel Rodriguez on the shelf.
On the November 25 episode of WWE SmackDown, Rodriguez and Shotzi were scheduled to face Rousey and Baszler. Before the match, the latter duo attacked their opponents backstage and viciously targeted Rodriguez’s arm. Baszler and Rousey went to the ring, and Shotzi came out by herself, determined to compete in the match despite her partner’s absence.

Eventually, Rodriguez came to the ring, but her arm was clearly hurt. Rodriguez and Baszler smelled blood in the water, as they honed in on the limb. Rousey then made Rodriguez tap out to an arm-bar.
Later in the show, Shotzi revealed that Rodriguez suffered both a broken arm and a dislocated elbow due to the assault and the subsequent match. She then stated that her match with Rousey at Survivor Series is personal now.
No timetable was given for Rodriguez’s return, but WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
