MJF sends a heated message to Conor McGregor.
On November 22, the AEW World Champion traded shots with UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett; “Paddy the Baddy” insinuated that wrestling isn’t real while MJF stated that Pimblett wouldn’t last two seconds in the ring. He also called Pimblett a Dollar Store Conor McGregor.
The next day, McGregor chimed in by saying that a Dollar Store version of him is still worth millions. He shared his support for Pimblett and stated that he didn’t know who the other “clown” is. In a tweet, MJF fired back by vowing to beat up Pimblett and “wipe my ass” with the original. He then told McGregor to stay in his lane and called him a “roided up leprechaun” MJF concluded his message by saying that McGregor can’t hang with him.
McGregor is a former UFC Featherweight Champion and UFC Lightweight Champion, among many other accolades. Multiple outlets named him the Best Fighter of the Year in 2016, and he won the ESPY for the category in 2016.
During their exchange, MJF and Pimblett teased that they will have a showdown at AEW’s London debut in 2023.
