The United States and Saudi Arabia are on high alert due to the warning of an “imminent attack” by Iran, and WWE is set to hold the Crown Jewel premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on November 5.
The Wall Street Journal first broke the news, reporting that the potential attack would target Saudi Arabia and Erbil, a city in Iraq where American troops are located. In response to this information, which was shared by Saudi Arabia, the United States has raised its military alert level.
As of this writing, WWE has yet to comment on the situation.
