Unagi Sayaka Announces She Is Leaving STARDOM And Will Be A Free Agent

Following the conclusion of the STARDOM 5 STAR Gran Prix 2022, Unagi Sayaka is ready to transition to the next chapter of her career.

Unagi Sayaka took to YouTube to speak to her fans following the STARDOM 5 STAR Grand Prix 2022, where she announced she will be entering the “gyan-period” of her career and work as a free agent. Announcing her next two matches with Just Tap Out and Diana, as well as announcing the launch of her own merchandise store.

“Gyan! Unagi’s late-night snack situation for the first time in about a year! A kabukimono who flies in the richest colors, it’s pro-wrestler Unagi Sayaka! This time, I will enter the first gyan period! I had said that I would go on a rampage. Everyone’s expectations and assumptions were upset when this kabukimono lost more league matches than she won and came last.

“Accepting the meaning of losing and the reality of not winning I thought it was up to me to take this feeling as a positive or negative. I will live in this wrestling world in a way that only Unagi Sayaka can! It doesn’t change the fact that I am in Cosmic Angels. Here at Una’s great selfishness, I would like to make a great assessment of all the world. The X cards you’re looking at right now, all the X might be Unagi Sayaka!

“I’m going to assess not only the wrestling world, but all life forms that live this way! During this gyan period, this late-night snack situation of Unagi Sayaka will also be back! Your place might be the next that Unagi Sayaka goes to attack. So, first of all, the first shot into this gyan period is on October 7th, at Oji Base Monstar, I will be competing for Just Tap Out.

“On this day, there will be an Unagi Sayaka store. We are looking forward to seeing many of you along with Mr. Yukichi (the man on the 10,000 note)! And next, on October 16 at Korakuen Hall, I’ll be competing at Diana! On this day, I’ll be in the main event, so I’ll survive to the end and go on a super rampage! The one who lives the most freely in this world is a true kabukimono!”
