Saraya spoke for the first time on AEW Dynamite.
Following her shocking debut at Dynamite: Grand Slam, Saraya cut her first AEW promo on September 28. Saraya noted that she’s “damaged, but not broken” and didn’t elaborate further on the future of in-ring career.
Saraya stated that she “is the revolution” and that she’s here to bring change to AEW’s women’s division. She invited the women’s locker room to the ring, starting with babyfaces including Toni Storm, Athena, Skye Blue, Madison Rayne, and Willow Nightingale. Saraya began to praise Storm before Britt Baker interrupted.
Baker, flanked by Jamie Hayter, Rebel, and Penelope Ford, called Saraya a “shiny new toy” and made digs at Saraya’s neck and the pronunciation of her name. This prompted Saraya to point of Britt’s name rhymes with “sh*t.”

Serena Deeb was welcomed out ahead of the title match, which Saraya revealed would now be contested as a lumberjack match for the first time ever. Saraya added “it’s good to have a boss that finally listens” to her.
Saraya joined commentary for the bout as Storm went on to defeat Deeb via pinfall to retain the Interim AEW Women’s Championship.
