Road Dogg had zero doubts when Jeff Jarrett informed him that he was starting TNA Wrestling.
On the latest episode of the Oh, You Didn’t Know? Podcast, Road Dogg spoke about Jeff Jarrett starting up TNA Wrestling and the trust he has in Jarrett overall.
“I have trusted Jeff Jarrett ever since I met him,” Road Dogg revealed. “And that may be — I kind of feel that way about a lot of people, that may be a fault, but he’s never steered me in the wrong direction. I’ve always trusted Jeff’s business acumen, and I believe with all my heart that he can do anything he sets his mind to.
“Truth be told, when he got released, and I got hired into this position, I knew for a fact I’m underqualified if we’re both in the running, and I learned, oh, no, he was in a higher position. It was because he’s a smart dude. And his brain works on a different level than mine does. Mine barely works on any level at all. But he’s a smart guy that has big-picture vision, and I kind of just have your temperature of what’s happening right now. And we can do something with that. But as far as tomorrow, I don’t know.”
With Road Dogg back with WWE, it’s unknown at this time what Jeff Jarrett’s next move will be in the world of professional wrestling.
