Steph De Lander Will Be Sidelined A ‘Couple Of Months’ Due To Surgery

Steph De Lander‘s professional wrestling career is on hold for the time being as she recovers from a small surgery.

Former WWE NXT Superstar Steph De Lander (formerly known as Persia Pirotta) took to social media on Friday to reveal that she recently had a small injury that will keep her sidelined from in-ring action for the next couple of months.

“Hey guys!! I am recovering from a small surgery (I’m ok!) so I will be out of action for the next couple of months. If you’d like to support me there are plenty of ways to do so! Subscribe to my exclusive content or check out my other links in my bio. Love y’all *smiling face with three hearts emoji* *praying hands emoji*,” Steph De Lander said in a tweet.

It’s unknown at this time what injury De Lander suffered that required her to have surgery.

De Lander was released by WWE on April 29. Since then, she has competed in three matches, including a bout against Taya Valkyrie for XPW in June. De Lander also recently competed against Billie Starkz for Black Label Pro in July.

On behalf of everyone here at WrestleZone, we wish Steph De Lander a speedy recovery and hope to see her back in the ring again soon.
